Advantage Nursing Care, LLC has a highly trained staff in place to accommodate the needs of your loved one or yourself.

With home health care, patients have fewer hospitalizations, and fewer emergency room visits. They receive assistance in complying with their medication schedule and are able to continue with their regular treatment. Care professionals are able to identify early signs and symptoms of health issues and act.

Skilled Nursing

Designed to bring hospital care into the home, skilled nursing services include, but are not limited to:

  • blood draws

  • high-tech nursing

  • medication management

  • home infusion therapy

  • wound care

Mental Health Support

A structured home health care service designed to provide psychiatric stabilization and support services with the goal of reducing the need for inpatient hospitalization. Our experienced, multi-disciplinary team includes RNs*, LPNs, and STNAs that serve as liaisons between psychiatrist, primary care physician and patient. Our staff is quick to determine a fluctuation in mental health and take appropriate action.

Mental Health Services include, but are not limited to:

  • assessment and care planning, and case coordination

  • physical, mental, and psychological evaluation

  • companionship

  • daily living assistance

  • social skills development

  • case management with community providers

  • group setting and home visits

  • addiction intervention

  • crisis intervention

Home Health Aide

More than personal care, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility, home health also includes socialization. Keeping the client engaged in activities is also necessary home care. From simple conversation, writing or games, to cooking, planning, shopping and cooking, home health aides provide a greater quality of life by keeping the client independent.

Home health care is a broad category with many fascets. Clients may need a little assistance with tasks such as laundry and general cleaning, or more focused daily activities including medication and appointment reminders. Home health care aides are a valuable resource for improved quality of life in your own home.
